We aim to process orders within 1–2 working days. While same-day despatch cannot be guaranteed, urgent orders may be prioritised where stock is available—please contact us before ordering.

Premium delivery upgrades are available at checkout.

STOCK LEVELS

We hold high stock levels, however availability may occasionally be limited. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with the expected lead time and offer the option of:

Partial delivery (where appropriate)
Cancelling the unavailable item
A follow-on shipment once stock arrives

UK SHIPPING

Royal Mail Tracked Service
Royal Mail Track 48 is our standard delivery service for items up to 2kg and within size restrictions, with the option to upgrade to Track 24 or DHL Express at checkout.
DHL Express
Mandatory for items over 2kg, outside size restrictions, or above £125 in value.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally using DHL Express, DHL Economy Select, and International Royal Mail.

International Royal Mail – orders under £125, up to 2kg, and within mail size limits
DHL Economy Select – road service, Europe only, typically up to 5 working days
DHL Express – fastest air service for worldwide delivery

SHIPPING UPGRADES

While we aim to use the service selected at checkout, variations in product size and weight may occasionally require an upgrade to ensure safe delivery. Where this is necessary, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the upgrade and any additional cost.

TAXES & DUTIES

UK orders are subject to VAT, which is included in the price shown at checkout.
International orders are supplied exclusive of UK VAT. Local VAT, taxes, and/or import duties may be payable in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
European Union (EU) – IOSS (Private Customers)
We are registered under the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme for private EU customers. Where applicable, VAT is collected at checkout, allowing delivery without additional VAT charges on arrival.
Duty Paid Service (EU & USA – Private Customers)
We offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for private customers in the EU and the United States, with applicable duties and taxes paid in advance to help avoid unexpected charges on delivery.

Where an IOSS or Duty Paid service is available, this will be clearly shown at checkout.

Our new EU All-Inclusive Service simplifies the process of ordering from outside the UK by covering all the extra costs and paperwork typically involved in international shipping and is available to all private (non-business) customers.

The value of the order will determine which of the following shipping solutions apply:

IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) All-Inclusive Shipping*:

All orders under €150 (excluding VAT and shipping) will now use the IOSS scheme and include EU VAT. This is the most economical solution ensuring a fast tracked customs process with no hidden charges.

EU DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service

All orders over €150 (excluding VAT and shipping) will be offered the DDP service providing a convenient, hassle-free solution for larger shipments to the EU.

Goods exported from UK to EU above 150 Euros are subject to customs duties and handling charges in addition to VAT. These additional charges are now calculated at the checkout stage and no further fees will be due prior to delivery.

Please note that if your order includes backorder or special order items, it will be held until the full order is ready for shipment.

Opt Out

The IOSS service is mandatory however if you would prefer a larger (above €150) order to be sent without prepaying taxes and fees please select the ‘Business’ option and your order will be sent out DAP (Delivered At Place). Customs duties, VAT and administration charges will be due prior to delivery and paid directly to the shipping agent.

*Please note the IOSS scheme is unfortunately not available for customers in the following EU regions:

Gibralta, Mount Athos, the Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, the Åland Islands, Greenland, Campione d'Italia, the Italian waters of Lake Lugano, the Island of Heligoland, the territory of Büsingen, Mount Athos, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno, Antilles, San-Marino, Andorra, Vatican City and the French territories of Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Mayotte.
