Base mounted stone guard with 6" diameter mesh - for 5 3/4" diameter '576' series Lucas type spot and fog lamps, as well as Lucas FT27 type spot lamps. Chrome plated cast bronze base, fitted with stainless steel 1" diameter knurled knob, bolt (profiled to grip the stone guard rim) and split spring washer. Chrome plated brass stone guard rim and brass mesh, with wire curled around the rim in the traditional manner. 50mm from centre of base mount hole to stone guard rim. 20mm deep dish in guard (out from rim). A quality reproduction of the original Lucas design available in the 1950's and 1960's
