Winkley pattern oiler - Rotating sleeve, 5/16" x 16 TPI cycle thread

Winkley pattern rotating sleeve oiler, nickel finish. 5/16" x 26 TPI cycle thread x 22mm tall overall. These are usually fitted horizontally and the outer sleeve turns to cover the oil hole. This thread will recut to 5/16" BSF (22 TPI)
