Battery master switch for dashboard mounting etc. Mounting flange (53mm hole centres). 'Flambeau' emblem on knob, also marked with 'OFF' and arrow.
Suitable for 6v, 12v or 24 volt. The knob can be detached for installation by removal of rear C circlip. The body is 43mm in diameter. Usually mounted into Negative/earth lead.
The continuous load rating at 12v is 150amps
Short/Max load at 12v (example starting) is 500amps
The third (low current) terminal is optional to allow the switch to function as an emergency engine cut-off by earthing a feed from the points or coil when the switch is in the OFF position - see wiring instructions.
